As a lover of all things abstract and weird, Lauren has excelled in a vast number of industries, including non-profit work, theatre direction, dance and choreography, wedding styling and education. She fell into film through a friend she met while attending the University of North Texas and immediately fell in love with the art. Though her experience began in producing, she eventually made her way through to Props and Set Dec. After gathering experience in these different departments under some of the top designers in North Texas, the opportunity to Art Direct came to Lauren and she jumped at the chance without hesitation. Since then, she’s help bring to life numerous channels of the art, such as commercials, feature films, television and short films. She believes her previous experiences in different industries is what takes her work to the next level. Lauren loves to provide an eccentric but realistic take to her designs and is confident to take on any challenge. She wants to keep her audiences engaged through rich textures, colors and shapes to enhance the storyline while flattering the eye. Her favorite credits include the psychological thriller, “Night Night” on Amazon Prime and a promotional piece for the non-profit organization, Young Ambitious Activists (or YAA) which you can check out through their Instagram or Facebook.
